Ordering Details and Contract (Signed Purchase Agreement)

  • Please contact Wurlitzer Clarinets America prior to ordering so that we can determine final prices, payment options, product details, etc.
  • Prices are quoted in EUROS (with United States Dollar approximations based on 1.27% exchange rate) and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations.
  • All prices are listed in Euros and will be converted to a U.S. Dollar price with that day's exchange rate when deposits, payments or balances are received.
  • Shipping and insurance to be added to the final balance prior to delivery.
  • All transactions will be with Wurlitzer Clarinets America (not Herbert Wurlitzer, Inc.) in United States Dollars and with our American bank.
  • We will accept wire transfers from your bank to ours, but a $25 incoming wire transfer fee will be added to your balance.
  • We accept payments in cash or personal checks (up to $500) and require a cashiers check for all amounts over $500.

  • All new Wurlitzer Reform-Boehm Clarinets are crafted individually for each artist.
  • Price includes 2 barrels and 1 mouthpiece per instrument.
  • Instrument prices do not include case / cover.
  • Prices do not include shipping / insurance / national or international bank wire transfer fees.
  • Return Policy: The firm of Herbert Wurlitzer Fine Woodwind Instrument Makers, Inc., Neustadt an der Aisch, Germany, guarantees the keywork, does not guarantee damage to the wood, will consider justified complaints within 8 days and reserves the right to make design modifications.
    • All instruments and products (new, pre-owned or consignment) ordered or acquired through this service are considered to be special order and will not be taken back.
    • All sales are final.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required when ordering new instrument(s). Please see our Financing Options for details.
  • In addition, if you stop payment, cancel or refuse delivery, all monies that have been paid are non-refundable.
  • A final bill will be prepared when instruments are ready for shipping.
  • Delivery date is subject to change. Average time is 3-5 months from date of order, but there is no guaranteed date of delivery.
  • Balance is due upon receipt of notice.
  • If the balance due is not received within 10 business days, the customer will forfeit 25% of the total purchase price and the instrument will be released to another customer. 
  • Instruments will be shipped after the balance has cleared both American and German banking systems.
  • We do not send out mouthpieces on approval.
  • Customers also acknowledge and agree to complete indemnification of Charles and/or Molly Stier, the Cherry Valley Music Studio, CherryValleyMusic.com, Cherry Valley Communications, Inc. dba Wurlitzer Clarinets America, CherryValleyCommunications.com, WurlitzerClarinetsAmerica.com their members, associates and assigns, in these transactions.

 What is CVV2? CVV2 is an important security feature for credit card transactions on the Internet and over the phone. "CVV" stands for "Card Verification Value" (Discover Card calls it the "Cardmember ID").
  • It is the three-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. The CVV2 number is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on the back of the card. It is not part of your regular credit card

  • The customer has the credit card in their possession.
